Craig Swart is the MC (Master of Ceremony) and the Host of the “Auto Remarketing Reimagines” with over 15 years of expertise in digital marketing, newsprint, and magazines. Craig is the Director of Business Development, overseeing sales for Africa’s and UK counties, with a primary concentration on the South African Automotive sector. He has over 15 years of management experience prior to joining Autoxloo in 2019, where he successfully expanded the technology offering into other English-speaking and emerging markets with a focus on developing strategic partnerships.

Craig is MQA certified and holds extensive experience in gemstone geology. He has a passion for developing the inner strength of the future generation of professionals for the challenges ahead, be it in the work environment or in a personal capacity. He was born in Natal, South Africa, and is proud of his heritage helping him remain well rooted, with the mindset of being an influential member in the Automotive retail and wholesale, and building a better place for the sake and benefit of our children and future generations. On his time off he enjoys the great African outdoors and spending time with his wife and daughter as she competes in the Young Stars' talent in performing arts.

Pertunia Sibanyoni is the CEO of InspectaCar (Pty) Limited. She oversees business operations for both the franchise and financial services and is responsible for building the InspectaCar brand. Pertunia is a graduate of the University of Durban Westville and holds a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Psychology and Physiology, and a post graduate diploma and Honours in Marketing Management. Pertunia recently completed a Leadership Programme from The University of Pretoria's Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and graduated in August 2019.

Pertunia is and has always been a change-maker and a trail blazer, which is evident in her ability to work in a male dominated industry. Prior to her appointment as CEO, Pertunia was the retail transformation manager at Shell South Africa.

She is the founder of the AkhuPeliza Foundation which is dedicated to addressing and delivering on social benefits of a community. She dedicates her birthday, in June every year, to spending time with more than 50 school kids, providing school uniforms and shoes, and elderly ladies from the Phiri community.

Pertunia is passionate about empowerment and women’s leadership as well as mentorship. She has inspired and continues to inspire people in showing the way and proving what’s possible – especially (but not exclusively) for women. She clearly demonstrates the different routes to becoming successful.

Henry Botha is a Chartered Global Management Accountant with extensive banking, financial services, and partnership development experience across Retailer, Motor Manufacturer, Mobile Operators, and Fintec industries.

He has been with Absa Bank Ltd for more than 20 years, starting as a student Teller whilst studying BCom Econometrics. He has been responsible for Customer Profitability modeling, Strategic Partnership Development, and heading up strategy for Consumer Banking and Vehicle Finance.

Outside Absa, he is active in promoting the advantage of Career Mentoring and Integral Coaching. In his leadership capacity, he has served on the Africa Regional Board of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

David Vahman is an Entrepreneur at heart, often drawn to impossible challenges where others had said “It could not be done” or fallen short to deliver. Recognized as a “Turn-Around-Artist”, David has been the catalyst of change during his career, working and consulting with fortune 100 companies such as BEL, CELESTICA. SCC and IBM in various executive capacities of SVP and COO.

With a knack for automation and aversion for mundane repetitive tasks, he gravitated towards robotics automation and software, leading the development of ERP and Financial systems before graduating from University. After several successful startups in manufacturing and distribution, incubating decades of practical expertise, David embarked on his latest startup from 2005, architecting and delivering enterprise software solutions for the automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, commodity trading and Marketplaces.

David is a frequent speaker on the International Conferences circuit on Disruptors & Game Changers, specializing in Software development, 3D/MR modelling, Headless Tech and A.I. to human displacement.

His hobbies include competitive racing in the SCCA GT Bracket and, during his spare time, helping with learning software to the younger generation from deprived regions due to war or destabilized circumstances.

David holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnic University and prelaw studies in Business Law at University of Toronto. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with PEO and a certified engineering member of OACETT.

Thembinkosi Pantsi is the Dealer Principal for Hatfield Audi Centre Braamfontein He previously hold the role of Dealer Principal of Lindsay Saker Audi Centre Sandton and Audi Centre Bryanston, Motus Ford Kempton Park, and is the Former CEO and Co-Founder of Avari Cars in Menlyn

In 2003, he joined Liberty Life as the Broker Consultant and became one of the youngest employees in the Group Nationally at the tender age of 22, where he learned more about business, professional working environment, and learning more about money and Investment. This is where Business Management and thought Leadership bug hit him In 2007, he joined McCarthy Motor Group, committing to give half his time and focus in growing himself in the Motor Industry

Managing KPI for dealership as well as Operation Management, Thembinkosi Pantsi was appointed as Exco Member for Sewells-MSX International Group Sub-Saharan Africa which is a Global Organisation specializing in Automotive Development Agency. He joined Marble Gold Group as an Executive and head up the Audi Centre Polokwane Dealership and later moved to be the Dealer Principal for Lindsay Saker a division of Motus Group a listed entity in JSE. In 2020, Thembinkosi Pantsi was nominated as the Program Director and Motor Industry Speaker for the National Automotive Dealer Association (NADA) Dealer Performance Conference.

Thembinkosi completed the Certificate in Business Administration from Management College Of Southern Africa. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and loves playing golf. He strongly believes in setting GOALS and taking ACTIONS STEPS in achieving the set goals
